    Privacy policy and data protection

    Introduction

    This Privacy Policy describes the rules for managing, processing and storing the personal data of users (partners, visitors, etc.), submitted as part of our services and devices.

    The term "personal data" refers to information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

    This policy relates only to processing for which the Agence régionale de l'orientation et des métiers is responsible in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016: Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation known as the "GDPR")) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended (known as the "Loi informatique et libertés").

    Purpose of processing

    Personal information may be collected for the purposes of:

    • Recording the actions and tools offered by partners
    • Rendering the recorded tools to guidance players

    The majority of processing operations implemented by the Regional Agency for Guidance and Careers are either a legal obligation or a public service mission:

    • Article 6-c of the RGPD: processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject
    • Article 6-e of the RGPD processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller

    Collected data

    Depending on the processing carried out, different categories of data may be processed: identification data, connection data, personal and/or professional or educational information, supporting documents, tracking data (IP address, cookies), etc.

    This information may originate:

    • From online collection forms,
    • From the creation of an online account or your browsing on our sites,
    • From the use of systems or networks made available for internet access,
    • From transmission by third parties authorized to transmit this data to us.

    Some data is collected automatically as a result of your actions on the sites (cookies). Their processing is described in a paragraph below, entitled "Cookies".

    Recipients of personal data

    According to their respective needs, the following may be recipients of all or part of the data:

    • The Agence régionale de l'orientation et des métiers,
    • The partners of the Agence régionale de l'orientation et des métiers,
    • Visitors to this website.

    Data transfer outside the European Union

    No data is transferred outside the European Union.

    Retention of personal data

    The personal data collected for each of the devices is subject to data retention rules that may respond to:

    • A legal retention period,
    • A period necessary to fulfill the purpose,
    • A period determined for regulatory or control reasons.

    At the end of this retention period of a maximum of 5 years, this data is archived, deleted or anonymized (for statistical purposes),

    The information collected relating to access traceability is retained for one month. After this date, the data collected is deleted.

    Security

    As data controller, the Agence régionale de l'orientation et des métiers implements appropriate technical and organizational means to protect personal data.

    We use secure protocols for communication and data transfer (such as https). We monitor our systems to detect possible vulnerabilities and attacks.

    Your rights regarding your personal data

    Persons concerned by the processing of their data have a general right of access, rectification, limitation and portability of information concerning them. Individuals can also define the fate of their data after their death. Individuals may also, on legitimate grounds, object to processing, request the deletion of data concerning them, or withdraw their consent at any time, unless these rights have been precluded by a legislative provision.

    The Agence régionale de l'orientation et des métiers has appointed a Data Protection Delegate.

    The Data Protection Delegate receives complaints relating to processing implemented by the Agence régionale de l'orientation et des métiers and ensures that users' rights are respected.

    The Personal Data communicated to you in connection with the exercise of your right of access will be on a personal and confidential basis. In order for your access request to be taken into account, you must provide proof of identity with your request.
    People may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3, place Fontenoy - TSA 80715 - 75334 Paris cedex, www.cnil.fr).

    Cookies

    Cookies are small text files deposited on your terminal (computer, tablet or mobile) when you visit a site. They make it possible to recognize an Internet user, from one visit to another.

    The Agence régionale de l'orientation et des métiers does not use any measurement or tracking tool likely to deposit a cookie on your terminal.

    However, the tools and technologies used to build the competition website are likely to deposit a cookie, for reasons of marketing, functionality or performance. These tools include (but are not limited to):

    • YouTube (functional cookie used to save playback settings)

    The Agence régionale de l'orientation et des métiers undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the user's personal data is:

    • Obtained and processed fairly and lawfully;
    • Collected for the purposes determined, legitimate and to limit their use to these purposes;
    • Adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to these purposes;
    • Processed in compliance with the rights of individuals provided for by the European Data Protection Regulation ;
    • Preserved in accordance with the purposes pursued;
    • Processed and preserved in such a way as to ensure their security with a view to preventing them from being damaged, modified, destroyed or communicated to unauthorized third parties.
